Born in Japan 1972. He is a self-confessed ‘DRAWAHOLIC’ who immerses himself in a landscaped playground where hierarchies have disappeared. Oishi is best known for his typographic language that seem s to have no beginning or end.

He studied fine arts at Kyoto City University of Art followed by multi-media at IAMAS in Japan. After winning a 2001 MILIA award, he worked at the legendary creative studio TEAMCHMAN in France. Today, he’s an independent artist of the contemporary character arts internationally.
